BANNING, Calif. (Sep 9, 2023) Banning Police Department Sgt. Rick Youngblood removes a freeloader from a float as his wife, Banning Community Service Officer Chelse Youngblood, moves in to assist during the 2023 Stagecoach Days Parade through downtown Banning. Celebrated since 1957, the annual event marks Banning’s heritage as a stagecoach stop and includes the parade, an evening PRCA rodeo, vendors, beer garden and concerts.
