I took a short drive this afternoon to see what San Bernardino Peak and San Gorgonio looked like covered in snow from various vantage points around town. It sure looks like winter down here in the East Valley.

San Bernardino Nat’l Forest, CA: Will We Get A Good Snow Year?

In going through some old files, I came across this favorite from some years ago, showing a father and son thoroughly enjoying themselves at Snowdrift Snow Tubing Park a few miles up the hill in the San Bernardino National Forest. Recents rains and today’s low temperatures have me hopeful we’ll get a good snow year.
