Two of my photos placed in this year’s 104th National Orange Show Citrus Fair photography contest. The one above, showing carnival rides at dusk during the San Bernardino County Fair in 2017, took first place in the “Fair/Festival” theme category, while below, showing San Bernardino Peak covered with snow in February seen from Base Line in Highland, took second in the “Inland Empire” theme category. The Citrus Fair runs through May 5th at the National Orange Show Events Center in San Bernardino. It’s an honor to be recognized for my photography work.

Highland, Calif (Feb 6, 2019) Snowed-capped San Bernardino Peak, center, and Mt. San Gorgonio are seen from East San Bernardino Valley community of Highland. Rain over the last several days and cold temperatures have left a significant accumulation of snow on local mountains. (© 2019 Greg Vojtko All Rights Reserved)
